Our roots.
It began with a single taste. The founding owner experienced fresh, real extra virgin olive oil on a trip to Italy—a moment that revealed how transformative simple, honest ingredients can be. That discovery grew into a beloved local gathering place for tasting, learning, and gifting.
In 2024, longtime team member Anje Morrow became the new owner and operator. Having been part of the Olive Oil Co. family for over a decade—as a customer, employee, and manager—she shares the founder's vision and is dedicated to preserving the exacting standards that have always defined Olive Oil Co.

Our premium extra virgin olive oils—including naturally flavoured varieties—are sourced from trusted growers around the world. Each batch is third‑party lab‑tested for quality and stored in a temperature and moisture‑controlled environment to protect freshness and flavour from harvest to bottle. The result is pure, simple oil that elevates everyday cooking and supports a healthy, wholesome way of eating.

Our vinegar collection is all natural, gluten‑free, non‑GMO, and premium—free of caramel colouring, artificial additives, and added sugar. Our dark, white, and rosé balsamics deliver pure, simple ingredients you can feel good about. A selection of whole fruit and wine vinegars is also available.
