Shipping policy

 1. While Olive Oil Co. Inc. typically ships its products within 1-2 days of receiving an online order, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability (financial or otherwise) for a longer shipping time frame. 

2. Olive Oil Co. Inc.’s shipping rate is a flat rate of $25.00 for any physical address in Canada for any purchases up to $199.99 before taxes and Free Shipping after a minimum spend of $200. These rates are subject to change without notice. If these changes occur within 12 hours of your order and before your items have shipped, you will be given the option to cancel your order entirely, or proceed with new posted charges. 

3. All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc are listed and executed in Canadian dollars. 

4. Olive Oil Co. Inc. will ship to any physical address in Canada, however, the flat rate of $25.00 up to a total spend before taxes of $199.99, or the Free Shipping with a spend of over $200 does not apply to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland & Labrador, or Nunavut. Wholesale orders, or bulk favour orders are also excluded from these rates. Olive Oil Co. Inc. will not ship to P.O. Boxes nor outside of Canada at this time. 

5. Olive Oil Co. Inc. is not responsible for any courier delays in shipments or those lost in transit. 

6.  Olive Oil Co. Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by carriers during transit. Any issues related to shipping damage should be reported to us promptly, but liability for carrier-caused damage rests with the carrier.

7. Olive Oil Co. Inc. is not responsible for items ordered in winter that are left outside and freeze. Customers are responsible for retrieving deliveries promptly in cold weather to prevent damage from freezing temperatures.
