Favuzzi Artisan Pasta
Enjoy the authentic taste and texture of Italy with Favuzzi Artisan Pasta. Made in one of Italy’s purest, most unspoiled regions—the mountains of the Antola Natural Reserve—this premium pasta is crafted using traditional artisanal methods.
Favuzzi pasta is shaped through premium bronze dies, creating a beautifully porous surface that allows sauces to cling more easily. A slow drying process at 30°C, lasting 12 to 20 hours depending on the pasta’s thickness, helps preserve a firm centre and delivers a classic al dente texture when cooked.
The Fettuccine and Spaghetti are hung on wooden drying racks and packed by hand. Their distinctive “U” shape is a hallmark of traditional production and cannot be replicated through industrial methods.
Choose from:
- Farfalle – Delicate bow-tie pasta, perfect for creamy sauces, salads and lighter dishes.
- Fettuccine – Broad ribbons that pair beautifully with rich, hearty sauces.
- Fusilli – Spirals designed to capture sauces in every twist.
- Penne – Classic ridged tubes, ideal for tomato sauces, baked pasta and chunky ingredients.
- Ricciole – A beautifully textured shape that holds sauces exceptionally well.
- Spaghetti – A timeless favourite for everything from simple tomato sauces to seafood and carbonara.
A delicious choice for creating memorable pasta dishes with excellent texture, authentic character and sauce-holding power.
